ENAE climbs in the Forbes 2025 Ranking

The prestigious ranking of the Best Business Schools in Spain 2025, prepared by Forbes, once again places ENAE Business School as one of the major benchmarks of executive education in our country. But this year it is not just about maintaining positions: it is about growing, advancing and consolidating a clear commitment to academic excellence.
Four of our programmes have been recognised among the best in the country, which multiplies by four the presence of ENAE in this list compared to the previous edition. This is a reflection of the collective effort of students, teachers, collaborating companies and academic staff.
The programmes that have won over Forbes
1. Master in International Trade
This programme, aimed at recent graduates and young professionals who want to develop in a global environment, reached 6th place in its category. The magazine highlights its specialisation, its focus on international trade and the high employability of its graduates.
2. Global Executive MBA
Consolidated as one of the best options for experienced professionals looking to climb the career ladder, this programme is ranked 7th in the country among the Best Executive Programmes. More than 95% employability at the end, an intensive focus on leadership and business strategy, and a clear entrepreneurial vocation among its participants make it stand out.
3. Magistrae
This programme for consolidated executives enters the ranking directly in 4th position in its category. Forbes makes special mention of the quality of the speakers - managers and CEOs of real companies - and the significant salary increase experienced by students after completing the programme. It is training designed for those who are already at the top, but are not satisfied.
4. International MBA
A programme that prepares tomorrow's leaders to manage in a world without borders. Its presence in the ranking is due, among other aspects, to the diversity of the student body, the practical orientation of its methodology and the results in terms of employability and career progression.
Beyond the ranking: training aligned with reality
One of the key factors contributing to this recognition is the structure of the teaching staff. More than 70% of ENAE professors combine their academic work with active professional responsibilities in companies and institutions. This allows students to learn from real cases, acquire current tools and participate in debates that reflect the challenges of the present.
Furthermore, ENAE's master's degrees are based on a participatory, practical methodology based on solving real problems. The aim is not to memorise content, but to transform the way we think, decide and lead.
Growth that does not stop
The leap from one to four programmes in the Forbes ranking is not only cause for celebration, but also a renewed commitment to continuous improvement. For ENAE, this milestone reaffirms its role as an engine of professional transformation and confirms that its training proposal responds to current market demands: agility, global thinking, technology and leadership skills.
This recognition also positions ENAE as a benchmark training option for international students, working professionals and companies looking for talent prepared to compete in changing environments.
We look to the future with the same energy with which we have come this far. New programmes, strategic international alliances, the incorporation of technologies, and a firm commitment to employability and social impact will continue to form part of the school's DNA.
