Francisco Javier Álvarez Sánchez is a leading professional in the fields of strategic consulting, risk management, and executive training. He is currently President of CACUMEN, a firm specializing in high value-added consulting services, with a focus on improving competitiveness, organizational transformation, and the strategic development of companies and institutions.
He has an extensive and renowned track record in international consulting, having held senior management positions in some of the leading global firms in the sector. He was managing partner of consulting at Ernst & Young, director of strategy and consulting at IBM, and vice president at Capgemini, leading complex transformation projects in multiple sectors and markets.
He is currently also Director of the Master's Degree in Risk Management in Organizations at ENAE Business School, where he directs and coordinates a program designed to prepare professionals capable of addressing challenges related to corporate risks from a strategic, operational, and regulatory perspective.
