SIMINTIRAS, ANTONIS
Doctorate in Sales Management from the University of Huddersfield, UK. Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of New Haven, CT, USA. Bachelor's degree in Economics from Swansea University, UK.
He has extensive work experience in management positions in both Greek and American companies. He has been a visiting professor in France, Spain, Austria, the United States, Greece, Finland, and China.
He acts as a consultant for various companies and government organisations. His research interests lie in the areas of sales negotiations and sales management, consumer behaviour, and cross-cultural research methodology. He has published more than fifty peer-reviewed articles, and some of his work has appeared in the Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Business Research, Industrial Marketing Management, Decision Management, Marketing Management Journal, Journal of Business Psychology, European Journal of Marketing, International Marketing Review, International Journal of Consumer Marketing, Quality Management Journal, Productivity, book editions, and various national and international conference proceedings. He is co-author of a book on global sales management.
He currently holds the Chair of Marketing at the School of Business and Economics at Swansea University.
