Professor of Strategy and Business Organization at the Autonomous University of Madrid (since 1994). Director of the Doctoral Program in Financial Economics: Banking and Stock Market (program being phased out) and official MBA. Member of the INNOVATIC research group and the Simuladores Empresariales technology spin-off.
Speaker at European and American universities and business schools. Specialist in Strategy and Corporate Affairs, he has worked for leading Spanish companies and several multinationals on in-company programs, and collaborates with several of the most prestigious business schools in the country.
His professional experience has evolved from his work in research centers, as an auditor, financial director, investment director in business banking, and consultant. He is currently focused on strategic consulting in corporate and investment advisory (private equity, family office, PF, management and structuring of large estates, etc.) in national and international operations, and as an entrepreneur (investment company).
