Doctorate in Business Administration and Management. Industrial Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Cartagena. Postgraduate degree in Industrial Organization from the Catholic University of Ávila. Master's degree in Integrated Management Systems from ECA, Bureau Veritas Group.
He has an outstanding track record as Plant Manager of the reusable plastic container manufacturing plant in Murcia for Schoeller Allibert.
During his tenure, he worked closely with the Director of Operations of the Schoeller Allibert Spain Group, successfully overseeing the crucial areas of production, quality, safety, continuous improvement, logistics, technical and maintenance.
His focus was on achieving the objectives outlined in the Group's strategic plan, as well as leading the implementation of a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
He currently holds the position of Head of Lean Manufacturing at Hero Spain, where he brings his experience and leadership to the team.
