ENAE Business School leads an unprecedented international educational alliance between Europe, the Americas and India to drive global talent
Together with the Universidad Americana de Guatemala, Panamerican University of Florida and the prestigious Indian technology institutes Sparsh and Acharya, the integrated BBA+Master's programme with internships and job placement in Spain is now activated.
ENAE Business School, a leading institution in executive and postgraduate education, has consolidated the launch of a transnational education ecosystem designed to redefine academic and professional mobility between the Asian, American, and European continents.
This ambitious project is structured around an integrated "3+1" model, in which students will complete their first three years of a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at the campuses of Sparsh Global Business School (Noida) and Acharya Institutes (Bangalore), two of India's most prominent higher education institutions with outstanding student recruitment capacity.
A trilateral academic axis of high governance
The international academic excellence and validity of the undergraduate component is guaranteed and exclusively certified by the Universidad Americana de Guatemala and Panamerican University of Florida (USA). As essential regulatory and academic partners, these institutions assume responsibility for curricular credit recognition, the auditing of online assessment processes, and the issuance of official BBA degrees. This central role ensures that Indian students adhere strictly to international legal and regulatory standards, combining in-person learning on their local campuses with access to the global ecosystem of the Universidad Americana. For its part, ENAE Business School assumes strategic leadership, direction of the consortium, and institutional co-awarding of the BBA.

The defining milestone of this pathway comes in the fourth year, under the direct responsibility of ENAE in Spain. Students will relocate to the Murcia campus to undertake highly specialised Master's programmes — with a strong focus on strategic areas such as Agribusiness Management and Business Intelligence — culminating in a guaranteed professional internship period of three to six months with companies in the European Union, and access to post-study visas.

"This project is not a mere symbolic collaboration; it is an integrated value chain in which each party contributes an irreplaceable strength", said Miguel López González de León, Director General of ENAE. "While Sparsh and Acharya provide top-tier academic delivery and physical infrastructure as benchmarks in higher business education in India, the Universidad Americana de Guatemala and Panamerican University of Florida underpin the robustness and official international recognition of the degrees. ENAE acts as the definitive bridge towards postgraduate specialisation, university-to-business technology transfer, and the real-world placement of executives who will be able to strengthen ties between the EU, India, and Latin America. The result is an unbeatable product in terms of productivity and return on investment for families".
With this initiative, ENAE Business School and its global partners demonstrate that the competitiveness of the modern education sector lies in the efficient transfer of knowledge and in the design of incentives aligned with high-level international management.
